By accessing or using NuxPulse (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2) What NuxPulse is
NuxPulse provides tools to draft, schedule, and monitor activity for one or more X accounts (queue, limits/guardrails, and logs). It is not a trading service and does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
3) Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use the Service in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for your account, credentials, and all actions performed under it, including anything published via your connected accounts.
4) Permitted / Prohibited Use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
- No scraping, bulk extraction, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass security or rate limits.
- Do not use the Service to generate or publish content that violates the rules of the platforms you use (including X) or applicable laws.
5) Pricing & Billing
The Service may include free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
6) Availability & Logs
The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or third-party failures. Scheduling and automation depend on external platforms and APIs. Logs are provided as an audit trail but may be delayed or incomplete in rare cases.
7) Third-Party Services
We are not affiliated with X or other third-party providers and cannot be held responsible for their outages, policy changes, API changes, or failures.
8) Intellectual Property
NuxPulse, its branding, code, and content are protected by IP laws. You receive a limited license for personal or internal business use only.
9) Disclaimers
We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10) Limitation of Liability
NuxPulse is not liable for losses, damages, lost profits, account restrictions, or indirect consequences arising from your use of the Service or third-party platform behavior.
11) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NuxPulse from claims arising from your use of the Service, including content you publish or actions performed via your accounts.
12) Changes to the Service & Terms
We may modify or discontinue features at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law.
